Some customers in the US need to enter their post box number at the end of the Zip code in order to get a shipping quote from Marchants.com
E.g. The customer with this address couldn't proceed due to this issue.

They should have entered the zip code in the following manner.
E.g. 03226-XXXX
XXXX - stands for a numeric post box number such as 1234. Our shipping tool powered by UPS requires the postal code to process the address.
If they don't have a PO number, ask them to enter 0000 - four zeros i.e. 03226-0000 and process the order. When you process the order, make sure to remove the random postal code number and keep the actual zip codes only.
